Hylium Industries Inc. (HYLIUM), a leader in hydrogen liquefaction and storage, has signed a strategic Assembly License Agreement with Element 1® Corp. (e1NA), a pioneer in hydrogen generation and purification technologies. This agreement grants HYLIUM the rights to assemble and commercialize hydrogen generation products using e1NA’s patented technologies across Korea and Asia.

As part of the collaboration, e1NA will provide comprehensive technology transfer, including documentation, hands-on training, and operational support. HYLIUM will begin by assembling S-Series methanol hydrogen generators using key components supplied by e1NA, with the potential to expand the agreement to include larger-scale L/M-Series generators.

This partnership marks a significant step in advancing clean energy solutions, leveraging HYLIUM’s expertise in hydrogen liquefaction and storage alongside e1NA’s innovative hydrogen generation and purification technologies. By combining their strengths, the two companies aim to accelerate the adoption of hydrogen-based energy solutions across key markets.

According to Dave Edlund, CEO of Element 1® Corp., the collaboration will enable the commercialization of hydrogen technologies for applications such as small-scale liquefied hydrogen production for unmanned aircraft, hydrogen refueling stations, and micro-scale electricity grids. Seo Young Kim, CEO of Hylium Industries, emphasized that the agreement aligns with HYLIUM’s commitment to sustainable energy and expanding its presence in the hydrogen economy.

With growing global demand for clean energy, this partnership is expected to drive innovation in hydrogen technology, supporting the transition toward a more sustainable future.
